When planning a September wedding in Smithers, BC, you can hope for, but never count on a dry, sunny day. Katie and Owen adapted their guest numbers during Covid-19 and then moved the ceremony indoors to Driftwood Hall during ongoing rain. Despite all these changes, spirits remained high even as some close friends were dearly missed. Katie’s parents arrived from the lower mainland their 1939 Packard, making a beautiful prop for couple photos. We did more bridal party and couple photos at Eddie Park on the Bulkley River, always a fun location next to the Highway 16 with joyful honking and hollering from passers by.
